BLACKWATER DRAW, NM — Neal Carr’s four-yard touchdown run with seven seconds left in the opening half gave 13th-ranked Midwestern State (8-3; LSC 3-2) a 17-10 lead it would not relinquish, as the Mustangs overcame a 403-yard, two-touchdown effort from Eastern New Mexico University quarterback J.J. Harp (So., QB, Argyle, Texas/Argyle HS) on the way to defeating the Greyhounds (2-8; LSC 0-6) by a 50-17 score in Lone Star Conference action, on a late Halloween night at Greyhound Stadium.
