Also strong defensively, with 27 digs ... Reached double figures in kills, six times, including 13 against Fort Hays State (9/12/2009) and Texas-Permian Basin (9/22/2009) ... Had four blocks at New Mexico Highlands (11/3/2009) ... Recorded a season-best .529 attack percentage at Texas Permian Basin (9/15/2009) and at Oklahoma Panhandle (10/6/2009).

Before ENMU... Played 4 years for the Friendswood HS Mustangs under Coach Jerry Linch... In 2008 was selected for the Region 3 State Semifinalist 2nd Team All-District... Named Most Improved Player in 2008 by Club Director... In 2007 was selected as a Region 3 State Finalist and was part of the team that won the District Championship... In 2007 played Varsity basketball and had a career-high 21-point match... Part of the 2006 Junior Varsity Volleyball team that went undefeated (24-0) and went on to win the District Championship.
